cvgtrfhdvgrtcde5New Year is just a couple week away and now it’s time to get ready! What New Year resolutions are you going to make this time? Start eating healthy? Get up early? Maybe start a blog? Or get more organized?
If it’s the last one – you’re in the right place! New year always feels like just the right moment for a fresh start. I love to do some decluttering before the New Year and then organize the rest. Here I’ve come up with the list of ideas you can use to make your life easier and more organized!
Eliminate Digital Clutter
Let’s start with digital space. Because, to be honest, maybe we don’t use some rooms in the house every day, but we definitely use our phones and computers every day. And it is very important to keep that space clutter-free!
Tell me, how do you feel when you see your mailbox with hundreds of unread messages? Does it make you feel good? Come on, you’re not going to read them all, it’s been too long, just delete all that rubbish and start with zero in the new year!
Organize Your Health
Next, let’s talk about our health! According to research, the most popular new year resolutions are about health. People want to get fit, start eating better, gain some muscle, lose weight, gain weight, and it’s all connected to our health.
But why we don’t keep our resolutions for too long? Very often it happens because we didn’t organize and prepare everything first! I mean in January you can go on pure enthusiasm, even if you don’t have time, don’t have certain goals or kids distract you all the time. But later enthusiasm fades and if you didn’t think ahead and didn’t organize the whole process – chances are, those dumbbells are going to stay dusty again.
Organize Your Paperwork
